F. Tim McCollum has over 30 years of experience in legal practice and owning and operating private businesses. As a lawyer, Tim has represented clients with advice and counsel as well as representation in the defense or prosecution of legal claims in the court system.

Tim's breadth of experience extends from estate planning and business transactions to civil litigation representing individual, business, and government clients and representing municipal and state agencies in complex governmental regulatory development and interpretation.
